Research is not a goal in itself as far as we are concerned. The goal is to achieve results: higher conversion, more customer satisfaction and increased loyalty.

A mixture of measurable, high-quality research

We conduct thorough, in-depth interviews with end users for some of our clients. For others, we concentrate more on a sharp analysis of web statistics. The key to success in most cases is a mixture of numbers and high-quality insight.

Our research sources

  • Web statistics: We often begin with web statistics. We analyse conversion, visitor behaviour and click paths.
  • Usability testing: We use real users to test the user-friendliness of websites, mobile apps and prototypes.
  • Online surveys: We ask website visitors about their profiles, reasons for visiting, satisfaction level and ideas for improvement.
  • Focus groups: We organize group discussions in order to get new ideas and test them. These discussions take place with real customers and good interviewers.
