Usability test

Our user research is professional and reliable. We study your visitors’ behaviour and formulate concrete improvements that will produce measurable results.

A usability test gives you immediate insight into your website visitors behaviour.

The usability test enables us to identify the behaviour of the users and examine where they might experience problems. We conduct user research both for website prototypes (pre-test) and for websites that are already live (post-test).

Objectives of the research are:

  • Gain insight into the needs, wishes and expectations of your target groups
  • Gain insight into the 'why' of the surfing behaviour (by means of realistic surfing scenarios)
  • Identify the website's strengths and weaknesses
  • Formulate concrete improvements

Our standard procedure is to conduct a usability test in combination with eye tracking.
