Het Financieele Dagblad erkent het toenemende belang van het medium internet in de financiële verslaggeving van ondernemingen. Daarom heeft zij Jungle Minds benaderd om het online aspect van de financiële verslaggeving te beoordelen.
Jungle Minds is partner of Het Financieele Dagblad in organizing the Henri Sijthoff Prize. Since 1954, Het Financieele Dagblad has annually awarded the so-called Henri Sijthoff Prize to companies that have stood out favourably during the preceding period for providing public information and bearing responsibility with regard to their financial affairs. Het Financieele Dagblad recognizes the growing importance of the internet medium in companies’ financial reporting. For this purpose, Jungle Minds was approached with the request of evaluating the online aspect of financial reporting.
Jungle Minds is associated with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as Organizational Stakeholder. As a result, Jungle Minds is actively involved in the future of this organization and the development of the GRI Guidelines in particular. The GRI Guidelines inform in broad outlines about the need to publicly address sustainability issues, also called sustainability reporting.
