- Develop eight personas.
- Draw up a Schedule of Requirements based on the needs of all target groups (supporters, members, shareholders, Board of Directors, sponsors and press), internal objectives and best practices.
- Elaborate the Schedule of Requirements into an innovative interaction design.

A more visual, interactive and user-friendly Ajax website with an integrated video environment and innovative video player. Articles and videos are optimally disseminated to and within the social communities, as a result of which Ajax has achieved maximum online reach.

Challenge
How can we deploy the internet, email and call centre to create a new proposition for investors with above-average assets (affluent clients)?
Approach
- Develop a new proposition for affluent banking by means of the so-called 'pressure cooker method' in three months time.
- Develop and design a client strategy in which the internet plays a prominent role.

An integrated multi-channel concept for ING Bank Personal Banking that enables a more personal service for clients now and in the future.
